In Telangana State this entrance test is being conducted by KU, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad (TSCHE). Every year Kakatiya University is successfully conducting ICET entrance exam as usual this year also TS ICET is being conducted by Kakatiya University. KU has successfully conducted ICET in 2005, 2006, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and TSICET-2018.

TS ICET 2018 Exam Schedule has been released now. TS ICET (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test) is managed by the Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of TSCHE, Hyderabad. It is a state level entrance examination. This exam is organized for admission into MBA & MCA programmes. TS ICET 2018 Application Form

The application form of TS ICET 2018 will be available from March 2, 2018, until April 30, 2018. The process of filling the TS ICET 2018 application form is completely online. Candidates can apply by registering as a new user on the official website. To register, candidates will have to fill the basic details like phone number, email ID, etc. Once registered, a login ID & password will be generated which can be used to login and fill the TS ICET 2018 application form.

TS ICET 2018 Application Fee

The application form fee is Rs. 350 /- (Rs. 250 /- in case of reserved category candidates). The application form fee can be paid through any payment gateway (Internet Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card) or Telangana State / Andhra Pradesh Online Centers / Citizen Service Centers, e-Seva Centers in Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh.

TS ICET 2018 Eligibility Criteria

  • For MBA programme: Candidates must have passed three year duration bachelor’s degree from any recognized college or university.
  • For MCA programme: Aspirants must have qualified a recognized bachelor’s degree of at least three year duration. Candidates must have Mathematics at 10+2 standard.
  • Marks Criteria: Students should have obtained minimum 50% marks for general candidates and 45% marks for reserved categories in the qualifying exam.
  • Appearing Candidates: Students appearing in the final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
  • Candidates who have obtained degree by distance mode should have recognization by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE & DEC/DEB.
  • For admission, candidates should have secure minimum 25% marks in the TS ICET exam and no minimum marks for SC & ST candidates.
  • Students who have passed graduation degree without qualifying 10, 12 class or three year degree programme are not eligible to apply for this exam.
  • Students should be an Indian Nationals.
  • Candidates have to satisfy the local or non-local status requirements as per prescribed in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions.
  • Candidates other than Indian Nationals must satisfy the norms of the concerned universities.
  • There is no any age limit prescribed to apply for TS ICET 2018 examination.

TS ICET 2018 Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted through online mode (computer based test).
  • Type of Questions: The question will be objective types.
  • No. of Questions: In the examination, total 200 questions will be asked.
  • Duration: The exam duration will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
  • Marking Scheme: For correct response, one mark will be awarded to the candidates.
  • Negative Marking: No marks will be deducted for a wrong answer.
  • No. of Sections: There will be three sections in the examination, i.e. Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability & Communication Ability.

TS ICET 2018 Exam Centers

TS ICET 2018 will be held across the state at various test centres. The candidates are advised to reach their respective centres at least an hour before the commencement of the exam. The following table brings to you the exam cities along with their codes.

TS ICET 2018 Hall Ticket - TS ICET 2018 Admit card

The examination conducting Authority issues the Hall Ticket through online mode. The candidates are required to download the Hall Ticket throughout the last week of April 2018. The candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination centre without a Hall Ticket. The Hall Ticket should be kept safely until the completion of admission process.

TS ICET 2018 Result

The TS ICET 2018 Result will be declared in the last week of May 2018 through online mode. The candidates will be able to view their result along with the answer key in the last week of May 2018. The candidates who qualify in the test are called for the counselling. The TS ICET Rank Card will be issued by the authority after the announcement of the result.

TS ICET 2018 Counselling

The qualified candidates are then invited for the counselling process on the basis of their performance in the test. The counselling will start a few weeks after announcement of the result.
