All The Principals Of The Affiliated & Constituent Colleges Offering B.Tech / B.Pharmacy Courses Are Hereby Informed That The University Examination Branch Issues Notification For Conduct Of Computer Based Test (CBT) For II Year II Semester, III Year II Semester B.Tech / B.Pharmacy & I Year II Semester B.Tech Regular Students For Improvement Of Internal Marks In The Month Of June 2018.

 

Following CBT Exams Fee Notification Has Been Released By The JNTUH Hyderabad University :

FOR WHOLE SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS (ALL THEORY SUBJECTS) Rs. 750/-
FOR ONE THEORY SUBJECT Rs. 350/-
FOR TWO THEORY SUBJECTS Rs. 450/-
FOR THREE THEORY SUBJECTS Rs. 550/-
FOR FOUR THEORY SUBJECTS AND ABOVE Rs. 750/-

Principals Are Requested To Note The Following Instructions :


1. The Computer Based Test (CBT) Is Intended To Benefit The Students Who Were Absent During The Mid Examination (Or) Who Want To Improve Their Internal Marks For The Regular Mid Examinations.

2. The CBT Will Contain 25 Objective Questions From The Entire Syllabus Of The Subject & All Are To Be Answered Through Online Mode For 45 Minutes Duration For 25 Marks (Each Question Carries 1 Mark).

3. The Transfer Students From Other Universities / Institutions To JNTUH Affiliated Colleges Who Are On Rolls Are Provided One Chance To Write The CBT (Internal Examination) In The Failed Subjects & / Or Subjects Not Studied As Per The Clearance Letter Issued By The University.

 

4. The CBT Will Be Conducted In Limited Number Of Centers Based On The Number Of Registrations.

 

5. The Examination Time Table & Centers For The CBT Will Be Notified Later.

 

Note : I) If The Recounting / Revaluation Results Are Not Janlared By The Time Of Registrations, The Students Are Advised To Register As Per The Time Schedule Given In This Notification Even For The Subjects In Which They Have Failed & Waiting For Recounting / Revaluation Results. However, If The Student Pass The Examinations In Recounting / Revaluation Results, The Examinations Fee Paid For Passed Subjects Will Be Refunded By The Concerned Principals & The Registrations Of That Student In That Subject Will Be Automatically Deleted.

        II) Principals Are Requested To Verify The Eligibility Of The Candidates For Registration For Examinations In Respect Of Malpractice / Court Cases / Credits.

       III) Hall Tickets Are To Be Issued By The Principal Only To The Eligible Candidates Who Fulfill The Academic Requirements Of The University. The Principals Are Requested To Inform The Students That Mere Payment Of Examinations Fee Does Not Guarantee Eligibility For Appearing For Examinations.

      IV) Every College Has To Take The Undertaking Form From Each & Every Detained Student Before Collecting The Examinations Fee For Registration.

      V) In Case Of Physically Handicapped Students (Deaf, Dumb, Hearing Impaired, Orthopedically Handicapped & Visually Handicapped), As Per University Letter No. JNTUH / EB / Concessions To Handicapped Students / 2010 (1), Dt.26.04.2010, With Relevant Documental Evidence Are Eligible For Exemption Of Examination Fee Payment.
