GUIDELINES FOR ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES VERIFICATION FOR ENSURING
ELIGIBILITY OF CANDIDATES ADMITTED BY MANAGEMENT UNDER MANAGEMENT
QUOTA, NRI, LATERAL ENTRY & SPORT INCLUDING SW-II AND SW-III UNDER
MINORITY CATEGORY FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-19.
The Principals / Directors of affiliated colleges and affiliated autonomous colleges of JNTUH, offering B.Tech. / B.Pharmacy / M.Tech. / M.Pharmacy / Pharm–D (PB) / MBA / MCA etc. by the University are informed to get Original Certificate Verification for eligibility of candidates admitted through management for the academic year 2018-19. Original certificate verification is not required for candidates taken admission online through convener (admissions) as their certificate verification is completed in presence of candidate at helpline centers under the supervision on competent authority. Also submit the list of Lateral Entry Candidates admitted by the Management. In case any candidate found not eligible for admission into any programme as per the norms then the performance in the examinations attended will be cancelled and the admissions is invalid.
Further, submit the list of admitted candidates in all the above categories including convener list with verification / ratification processing fee in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “Registrar, JNTUH, Hyderabad”, on or before 26.11.2018 to the Office of The Directorate of Admissions, JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-085 and the original certificate verification will be done as per the schedule which will be communicated from the University through College Portal/Web site.
The principal is requested to submit the following documents on or before the cutoff date to complete verification for eligibility otherwise the admission of the candidate is invalid.
1. A Soft copy of all programs, branch wise admitted candidates details in the format enclosed.
2. Provisional Approval / Ratification copy of Telangana State Council of Higher Education.
3. Original copy of paper notification issued for 30% of Management quota/Spot admissions etc. and SW-II and SW-III admissions published Leading News Papers.
4. Copy of latest intake sanctioned, branch wise, for the academic year 2018-19 by the University.
5. Recognization copy of the University by AICTE / UGC for the candidates who qualified their qualifying examination from the Universities out side of Telangana State / Andhra Pradesh.
6. A list of admitted candidates under convener quota branch wise.
7. A separate list of admitted candidates under management quota & a separate list of admitted candidates under Spot admissions with specialization wise.
Submit photo copies of following certificates along with two Passport size photographs for the candidates not admitted through Convener.
(i) Rank Card & Hall Ticket (TS EAMCET/TSECET/TSICET/TSPGECET)
(ii) S.S.C. or Equivalent certificate
(iii) Intermediate or Equivalent certificate
(iv) Transfer Certificate
(v) Caste Certificate
(vi) Migration Certificate if required
(vii) Convocation Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate & Memorandum of Marks of Qualifying Examination (CMM) for PG admissions only.
