JNTUH PRESS NOTE - Sanction of Two Engineering Colleges under JNTUH by the Govt. of Telangana

JNTU-Hyderabad ( JNTUH ) The Government of Telangana has sanctioned Two New Engineering Colleges under Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) i.e one at Paleru in Khammam Dist and another one at Mahabubabad Dist. It is to inform that the Government has permitted to establish the following JNTU Constituent University Colleges of Engineering from the Academic Year 2023-24
1. JNTU Engineering College, Mahabubabad (JNMB)
2. JNTU Engineering College, Palair (JNPL)

These two JNTUH Colleges will start functioning from this Academic Year i.e 2023-24 with three branches i.e
1. B.Tech (Computer Science Engg),
2. B.Tech CSE( Data Science) &
3. B.Tech (ECE) in each college with an intake is 60 for each branch.

The University will start the above two colleges presently in the temporarily accommodation nearby for class work, both theory & labs and hostels for this academic year 2023-24. The class works will be conducted with the help of the staff deputed from the JNTUH University Colleges.

Mean while the University will be started construction work at the Government allotted site for the above two Colleges regarding class work, labs and hostel it will be occupied very soon for the next academic year.

Further, it is submitted that as per the instructions of the Secretary, Higher Education, Chairman, Higher Education, the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor and Registrar, JNTUH are looking into the required facilities for the students with the help of above District Collectors.
