• According To UGC Guidelines, End Exams Should Be Conducted Before September 30th,2020. JNTUK University Is Working On It To Conduct Of Exams & Finalize  Schedule Will Be released Soon By University. Atleast 15 days before the conduct of the  exam schedule will be released to students.

• All Principles Of Affiliated Colleges Under JNTUK Are Hereby Informed That The Link is provided in the examination portal for registration of M.Tech/M.Pharm Project work viva-voce Exam By Eligibility Students Admitted In 2018 And Who Have Not Registeredd Viva-voce Exam So Far.

 

• For 2017,2016 Batches Apply For Permission On Or Before 03-08-2020:

 

 

 

Note:

• The Principles Are Requessted To Verify The Plagiarism In Students Thesis Before Submission. The Thesis Will Be Considered Only If The Similarity Index Less Than 30%.
• The Principles Are Requested To Verify The Eligibility Of Candidates For Registration For Vivavoce Exam In Respect Of Malpratice/court Cases/credits
• The Principles Are Requested To Inform Students That Mere Payment Of Exam Fee Does Not Guarantee Eligibility For Apperaring For Exam.
• The Payment Of Total Exam Fee Is To Be Made Through Online Link Provided In Portal From 05-08-2020 To 06-08-2020. After Payment A "Payment Form" Will Be Generated Which Is To Be Printed.
• The College Has To Submit The Printed Payment Form & Filled In Student Application Along With Panel Of Examiners Pertaining To Specialization On 12-08-2020 To 13-08-2020 Without Fail.
• JNTUK Also Planning to Reduce The Fine Amount For Late Submission. Previously, They Used To Collect 30% OF Fee. The Revised Fee Will Be Intimated Within 1 Week.

 

Guidelines To Conduct Exam For UG/PG Project Through Online:

• The UG/PG Project viva voce examinations can be conducted online through video conferencing using any reliable and mutually convenient video-conferencing application subjected to approval from the Director of Evaluation/Controller of Examinations.  
•  The Head of the Department/Internal Examiner shall schedule the video conference for the project viva voce after consulting the External examiner. The viva-voce examinations shall be conducted as per the schedule released for the UG programs and within 15 days from the date of appointment of External Examiner for PG programs. 
•  The schedule of viva-voce and link for joining the video conference shall be sent to the Controller of Examinations, JNTUK immediately after fixing and the same shall also be shared with other faculty members of the college, interested experts/researchers as applicable.  
• The Head of the Department/Internal examiner shall identify and introduce each candidate at the start of the viva voce examination and record the entire viva voce examination. The video recordings are to be maintained at the college examination branch and a copy is to be submitted to the Controller of Examinations along with a hard copy of the viva voce report.  
• In case of any difficulty in conducting the examination as per schedule, the viva voce examination can be rescheduled and the same shall be communicated to the Controller of Examinations.  
•  If any candidate is not able to join the video conference due to technical problems or network issues, they may be given another chance for attending the viva voce duly obtaining the permission from the Controller of Examinations. 
•  Immediately after the completion of the viva-voce Examination, the marks/grades of each candidate shall be finalized. The External Examiners are requested to post the marks/grade awarded to each candidate on the forms sent by mail. The signed copy of the same shall be sent to the mail id ce@jntuk.edu.in. Subsequently, The Head of the Department/Internal examiner shall prepare the viva voce report with grades/marks awarded by External Examiner, attendance sheet, and send to the External Examiner for his/her signature.  Later the same is to be obtained from the External Examiner by post and submitted to the University Exanimation Centre duly signed by the Principal of the college. 
•  The viva voce reports shall be submitted to the Controller of Examinations as per the schedule for UG programs at the earliest. 
•  The autonomous colleges affiliated to JNTUK are also informed to follow these guidelines for the conduct of UG/PG Project viva voce.
