The List Of Students Given Below Have Applied For The Original Degree Certificate Through Online Process (Daily Wise / V Convocation).
But, Due To Certain Issues Like : A) Student Name, Student Father Name - Printed Wrongly On The Provisional Certificate (Verified With SSC).
B) Scanned Copies Like - SSC, Photo, Provisional Certificate & CMM Were Not Uploaded Properly. So, The Original Degree Could Not Be Issued.
So, All The Students Are Requested To Submit The Following Documents At University Examination Section From 17.01.2017 (Tuesday) To 30.01.2017 (Monday). Otherwise The Application Will Be Kept In Hold & It Will Not Be Processed Further.

Application Form Filled By The Candidate Xerox Copy Of SSC Certificate Xerox Copy Of Provisional Certificate Xerox Copy Of Consolidated Marks Memo (Only For B.Tech / B.Pharmacy Courses) Xerox Copies Of All Years Mark Memos Latest Passport Size Photo (It Will Be Printed On Original Certificate) Xerox Copy Of Online Payment Form (It Must Contain Bank Ref. No., Payment Date, Amount, Contact Details) |

2) If Any Student Name Mistake (Or) Father Name Mistake Is Found On The Original Provisional Certificate, It Must Be Handover To The University For Correction.

Academic Rules To Obtain Provisional Certificate (PC) & Consolidate Marks Memo (CMM) :
R10 Academic Regulation : Registered For 208 Credits & Secured 200 Credits With Compulsory Subjects : Compulsory Subjects Are : All Laboratories & Project Work, I.E. The Student Shall Pass All Laboratory Examinations & Project Work. Students Who Fail To Complete Their Four Years Course Of Study Within Eight Years (Or) Fail To Acquire The 200 Credits For The Award Of The Degree Within Ten Academic Years From The Year Of Their Admission, Shall Forfeit Their Seat In B. Tech Course & Their Admission Shall Stand Cancelled.
R10 Lateral Entry Academic Regulation : Registered For 164 Credits & Secured 156 Credits With Compulsory Subjects : Compulsory Subjects Are : All Laboratories & Project Work, I.E. The Student Shall Pass All Laboratory Examinations & Project Work. Students Who Fail To Complete Their Four Years Course Of Study Within Eight Years (Or) Fail To Acquire The 156 Credits For The Award Of The Degree Within Ten Academic Years From The Year Of Their Admission, Shall Forfeit Their Seat In B. Tech Course & Their Admission Shall Stand Cancelled.
A Student Can Be Awarded Degree For 200 Credits By Exempting Any 2 (Or) 4 Subjects Of 2 (Or) 4 Credits Each From I Year To IV Year Of Odd & Even Semesters (Excluding Laboratory & Project Work).
Also, The Students Of 2010 Batch Admitted Will Be Awarded B.Tech Degrees As Per The Following Grades Listed Below :
