Over 250 companies, offering several job profiles for different courses, are participating in this fair at Arts College and Engineering College. The recruitment process for IT, and ITES Engineering is proposed at the OU College of Engineering while Arts college will be the venue for non-technical sectors like pharma, banking, financial services, etc.
Nipuna along with Sewa International, hosted a prestigious mega job fair called the “Telangana Mega Job Fair”, on the 18th and 19th of December, 2021, in association with premier institute - Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University - Hyderabad.
There would be no registration fee and candidates who passed class 10, Intermediate BA, B.Com, B.SC, BE, B.Tech, MBA, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy from 2012 onwards, including freshers, were eligible for this fair. Some of the top companies like Dun & Bradstreet, GE Money, HCL, Factset Technologies, Winit, Ashok Leyland, Hetero Drugs, etc are a part of this Mega Job fair.

The two-day event would be done in collaboration with Nipuna, a Human Development NGO, Sewa international, and other like-minded foundations.
